How to request deletion of your data from Kaimera
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your Kaimera account. This includes your account information, messages, agent configurations, integration data, and any other data stored on our platform.
To request deletion of your data, send an email to privacy@kaimeraos.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Kaimera account so we can verify your identity and locate your data.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. In some cases, we may need to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If so, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the reason.
When you connect third-party services (such as Slack, Google, or Shopify) through Kaimera, we will revoke our access tokens and delete any cached data from those services. To delete data held by those third-party services directly, contact them separately.
